Performs job duties consistent within safety, legal and regulatory requirements, company standards, culture and business practices.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nPrepare management reports emphasizing up to date results on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.\nProduce daily, weekly, and monthly P&L reports with variance explanations supported by results, and business leads\nIdentify and report out on key drivers, problematic trends, opportunities identified through business operations analysis\nPerform analysis and reports in support of finance, sales and operations\nUtilize SQL and Business Intelligence system (Cognos) for various ongoing and ad-hoc reporting\nPerform business plan case review for financial viability as needed\nPerform ad-hoc analysis as needed\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or General Business\n1-2 years of finance experience, in Corporate Finance/FP&A/Accounting\nExpert in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint\nKnowledge of SQL, Tableau, Cognos and Hyperion is a plus\nDetailed knowledge of financial statements and financial reporting\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong attention to detail\nStrong interpersonal skills; comfort working with executives\nSelf-driven, motivated and mature\nMust be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.\nDirect Reports\nN/A\nBenefits\nWe understand that your role at DCLI is only part of who you are.
