This role involves maintaining records, monitoring stock levels, coordinating with different functions and working with suppliers. The role is responsible for the integrity of inventory data and optimizing inventory reordering points.\nPOSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:\nMonitor and maintain current inventory levels, track orders and deliveries.\nPartner with MnR team for the regular inventory process, quarter end, audits, and physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy.\nRecord inventory transactions and reconcile discrepancies in inventory levels.\nResponsible for all purchasing and inventory transactions in Oracle.\nDocument and record all transactions to ensure timely deliveries and accurate inventory reports.\nCollaborate with MnR and Corporate Procurement team.\nCoordinate with suppliers to manage order schedules and deliveries.\nOversee the receipt of goods and accurate record keeping.\nResponsible for reviewing invoices for discrepancies and resolving them.\nIdentify inefficiencies in inventory processes and recommend improvements to optimize inventory management.\nEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS :\nHigh school diploma or equivalent (a bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field is a plus).\nPrevious experience in inventory management or logistics (typically 2-3 years).\nProficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or WMS systems).\nStrong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.\nExcellent attention to detail and accuracy.\nExperience using excel to analyze data (above average user)\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.\nStrong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various teams.\nMust be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.\nBenefits\nWe understand that your role at DCLI is only part of who you are.
