This is a full-time, face-to-face field marketing position where you'll represent DC Pines in local neighborhoods, connect directly with homeowners, and create opportunities for our roofing and window teams.

And unlike many door-to-door opportunities, this isn't commission-only.

You'll receive a competitive base salary PLUS uncapped commission, giving you the security of consistent pay with the opportunity to earn significantly more based on your performance.

What's the pay?

$1600/month base pay plus uncapped commissions and bonuses.

No roofing experience? That's okay.

No previous field marketing experience? Also okay.

We're looking for personality, work ethic, coachability, and people who aren't afraid to start conversations.

We'll teach you the rest.

What You'll Do

As a Field Marketing Representative, you'll spend your workday out in Houston-area neighborhoods representing DC Pines and connecting directly with homeowners.

You'll learn how to:

• Start conversations with homeowners at their door
• Identify homes that may benefit from a roofing or window inspection
• Introduce homeowners to DC Pines and what we offer
• Use our proven communication system to generate interest
• Schedule qualified homeowners for inspections with our team
• Handle common questions and objections confidently
• Track your activity and results
• Work alongside a competitive, supportive field team
• Represent the DC Pines brand professionally in the communities we serve

To be completely transparent: this is door-to-door field marketing.

If the idea of approaching new people sounds miserable to you, this probably isn't your job.

But if you're naturally social, competitive, persuasive, energetic, or the kind of person who can strike up a conversation with just about anyone, you may be very good at this.

And being good at it pays.

Base Pay + Uncapped Commission

We believe strong performance should be rewarded.

That's why our Field Marketing Representatives receive base pay plus commission, rather than relying solely on commission like many traditional door-to-door positions.

12 Weeks of Paid Training

We don't expect you to show up already knowing how to do this.

You'll begin with our 12-week paid training program designed to build your skills and confidence in the field.

During training, you'll learn:

• How to communicate what DC Pines offers clearly and professionally
• Scripts and conversation frameworks
• How to respond to common objections
• How to build confidence approaching new people
• How to track and improve your performance
• How successful Field Marketers structure their day

You'll receive coaching, repetition, role-play, and real-world field experience so you aren't simply handed a script and sent into a neighborhood hoping for the best.
