DutiesHandle all aspects with regard warrant vouchers. Control over official banking accounts including amendments. Control over BAS input documents. Assist with clearance of asset and liability accounts. Handling of telephone queries, faxes and letters. Liaise with the relevant bodies/sections in the execution of his/her tasks. Execute the responsibilities of officials as stipulated in Section 45 of the Public Finance Management Act. Management of assets. NoteAppointment under the Public Service Act.
