Vous maîtrisez l’utilisation des outils de gestion des incidents et savez documenter et suivre chaque incident avec rigueur.\nDoté(e) d’une bonne compréhension des niveaux de criticité et des SLA, vous êtes à l’aise avec la gestion des escalades vers les niveaux N2/N3 et l’interaction avec les équipes de maintenance terrain.
