les équipements utilisateurs et équipements communs (visioconférence, audioconférence, salles de réunion)\n\nMCO et maintenance préventive des salles de réunion\n\nGestion du parc informatique selon les processus en place\n\nSupport ponctuel auprès de profils VIP\n\nProfil recherché\nProfil recherché :\n\nFormation informatique ou expérience significative en support de proximité / helpdesk\n\nBonne connaissance des environnements postes de travail (Windows, périphériques, outils collaboratifs)\n\nÀ l’aise avec les équipements de téléphonie, d’impression et de visioconférence\n\nSens du service client, bon relationnel et capacité à communiquer avec des utilisateurs de tous niveaux\n\nAutonomie, rigueur et capacité à prioriser les incidents\n\nDiscrétion et professionnalisme, notamment lors d’interventions auprès de profils
