Ainsi nous recherchons notre futur(e) Technicien(ne) support.\n\nVos missions principales :\n\nPrise en charge des incidents de niveau 1 sur les postes de travail (Windows)\n\nDiagnostic initial et résolution des dysfonctionnements matériels et logiciels simples\n\nCréation, modification et suppression de comptes dans Active Directory\n\nInstallation et configuration de logiciels standards\n\nEscalade des incidents complexes vers les équipes de niveau 2 ou spécialisées\n\nContribution à la tenue de la base de connaissances\n\nSuivi des demandes dans l’outil de ticketing (respect des SLA)\n\nParticipation à l’amélioration continue via retours d’expérience terrain\n\nProfil recherché\nEt si on parlait de vous ?\nVous justifiez d'une formation en informatique (Bac+2 type BTS SIO ou équivalent) et avez une expérience réussie en support.\nNous recherchons une personne maîtrisant Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, et la gestion des comptes Active Directory. Une bonne connaissance des réseaux (IP, DNS, DHCP) et des outils de gestion de tickets (GLPI, Service Now ou équivalent) est requise. \n\nVotre sens du service et votre réactivité auprès des utilisateurs seront indispensables.
