Our client is a leading automotive and mobility organization operating a large dealer and service network across multiple business domains. The company is investing heavily in Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, document processing, and decision-making capabilities. As part of its AI transformation journey, the client is building an AI Factory responsible for delivering scalable, production-ready AI solutions across the organization.

Project Description

The AI Factory is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of AI and Generative AI solutions, covering the entire lifecycle from ideation to production operations. The successful candidate will contribute to the design, development, deployment, and continuous improvement of AI-powered products supporting dealer operations, back-office processes, document processing, decision-support systems, and intelligent data platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop machine learning solutions aligned with business objectives.

• Build and train ML models for document intelligence, predictive analytics, recommendation systems, and decision-support use cases.

• Own the ML lifecycle, including: data preparation, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, retraining.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders during AI use case definition and technical design phases.

• Work closely with Data Engineers, MLOps Engineers, and Solution Architects to ensure production-ready solutions.

• Contribute toAI governance and compliance activities, including AI Act requirements, transparency mechanisms, technical documentation, and event logging.

• Support knowledge sharing and capability building within the client's internal AI and Automation teams.

Technical Requirements (must have)

• Strong Python programming skills.

• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks:PyTorch and/or TensorFlow, scikit-learn.

• Experience building and deploying machine learning models in production environments.

• Understanding of model evaluation, experimentation, and performance monitoring.

• Experience with ML lifecycle management tools such as MLflow.

• Experience with cloud-based ML platforms (Azure ML preferred; Vertex AI or AWS SageMaker also acceptable).

• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and MLOps practices.

• Experience working with structured and unstructured data.

• Understanding of AI governance, model documentation, and responsible AI principles.

• Experience collaborating within cross-functional agile teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience with GenAI s olutions and LLM-based applications.

• Experience with vector databases and embedding models.

• Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.

• Experience with document intelligence and OCR solutions.

• Knowledge of Azure OpenAI services.

• Experience in automotive, mobility, retail, or dealer-network environments.

• Familiarity with deployment strategies such as blue/green, canary, rolling, or shadow deployments.

• Experience supporting AI systems in regulated environments.
