levels.\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues across Java-based applications.\n\nSupport applications running in Unix/Linux environments.\n\nExecute SQL queries for data analysis, validation and issue investigation.\n\nMonitor application performance, JVM health and server resources.\n\nPerform root-cause analysis and implement effective solutions.\n\nCollaborate with development, infrastructure and business teams to resolve complex production issues.\n\nSupport Incident, Problem and Change Management processes.\n\nParticipate in application deployments, release support and post-implementation monitoring.\n\nMaintain operational documentation.\n\nContribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.\n\nKey Requirements\n5-7 years of experience in Application Production Support or Application Maintenance.\n\nStrong hands-on experience supporting Java applications.\n\nSolid understanding of application architecture.\n\nExperience supporting enterprise applications in production environments.\n\nGood knowledge of JVM concepts, application logs and Java troubleshooting.\n\nStrong SQL skills for data analysis and issue investigation.\n\nHands-on Unix/Linux experience, including server-level troubleshooting.\n\nExperience supporting applications hosted on large-scale server environments.\n\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical and root-cause analysis skills.\n\nUnderstanding of ITSM, including Incident, Problem and Change Management.\n\nKnowledge of production support best practices, operational governance and service delivery processes.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.\n\nAdvantage\nExperience with monitoring, alerting and ticketing tools.\n\nImportant\nCandidates must be able to work hybrid in Warsaw, 1-3 days per week onsite and be comfortable completing a coding assessment as part of the recruitment
