Content Management simplifies how teams store, organize, and access information across the organization. It brings together a variety of platforms and tools under a unified, governed framework-ensuring content is easy to find, secure, and compliant. With streamlined workflows and smart integrations, it supports collaboration, boosts productivity, and helps teams manage their documents with confidence and clarity.\nJob responsibilities:\nSharePoint Online (SPO) Support & Implementation\nProvide dedicated, hands-on technical expertise and support for Microsoft SharePoint Online and OneDrive environments.\nWork quickly and agilely on new platform positioning, ensuring rapid and accurate technical implementation.\nCollaborate with the Product Owner and specialized product team members overseeing MS365 OneDrive/SPO, 1SharePoint, and Sharepoint Platforms to ensure cohesive delivery.\nOperations & Incident Management\nActively support and supervise Infosys daily operations and ticket resolutions.\nAct as the primary technical escalation point to remove roadblocks for support tickets, ensuring smooth daily operations.\nMaintain a sustainable pace of service delivery while managing stakeholder expectations and providing regular updates on operational progress.\nExperience:\nProven track record as a hands-on technical expert in Microsoft SharePoint Online and OneDrive.\nDirect experience and exposure to the roles, responsibilities, and topics within Digital Workplace Content Management.\nExperience overseeing, supporting, or partnering with managed service providers for IT ticketing and daily operations.\nEducation:\nBachelor or advanced degree.\nBusiness or IT specification.\nTechnical & business skills:\nDeep technical understanding of SharePoint Online architecture, administration, and implementation methodologies.\nAbility to rapidly deploy new positioning and features within MS365 environments.\nStrong operational management skills, specifically in supervising IT tickets, resolving daily ops issues, and creating clarity about outcomes.\nExhibits a lean & agile mindset.\nInterpersonal & Leadership skills:\nDemonstrates an ability to navigate ambiguity,
