The analyst provides technical guidance for integrating IA controls at the outset of emerging IT capabilities, serves as a principal liaison for enterprise boundary defense initiatives, and helps ensure IA controls are consistently identified and implemented in alignment with DLA IA and IT architecture. The role also provides oversight for the design and implementation of enterprise IA solutions and access-control standards.\n\n*This position is contingent upon contract award.*\nResponsibilities:\nServe as an IA SME for IA architecture policies and procedures.\n\nProvide IA management support to DLA Information Operations and PEO/PMO organizations for emerging information systems throughout acquisition and sustainment.\n\nProvide technical guidance to identify and integrate applicable IA controls early in the acquisition lifecycle.\n\nServe as a principal liaison for enterprise-level boundary defense initiatives.\n\nEnsure applicable IA controls are consistently identified and implemented in alignment with DLA IA and IT architecture.\n\nProvide oversight for the design and implementation of enterprise-level IA solutions.\n\nSupport development and application of enterprise access-control standards.\n\nApply IT management and project management experience to support information technology services and strategies.\n\nUse Microsoft analytical and productivity tools to support analysis, documentation, coordination, and reporting.\n\nOther duties as assigned. \n\nQualifications:\nYears of Experience: Five (5) years of relevant experience, including Certification and Accreditation (C&A) experience.\n\nTen (10) years of practical industry, Government, and/or consulting experience in information technology management.\n\nClearance Requirements: Secret; Moderate Risk, Non-Critical Sensitive, Tier 3/NACLC/ANACI investigation at time of proposal.\n\nCertification Requirements:\nIAT Level II – CompTIA Security+, CompTIA CySA+, CCNA Security\n\nCisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification.\n\nIT project management experience using Microsoft tools.\n\nKnowledge and experience managing information technology services and strategies.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Excel and Access and the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.\n\nAny other work-related qualifications needed for the role:\n\nDesired/Preferred:\n\nTen (10) years of relevant Certification and Accreditation (C&A) experience.\n\nNIST C&A experience.\n\nDoD/DoW Information Assurance experience.\n\nAbout UsDiné Development Corporation (DDC) is a Navajo Nation–owned family of companies that provides government agencies and commercial organizations with high-quality IT, professional, environmental, and research and development services.
