This effort supports DISA's modernization initiative to migrate Department of Defense Fourth Estate agencies into a unified DODNet enterprise environment. The selected candidate will serve as a senior technical leader supporting complex network infrastructure migration activities across multiple government organizations and geographically dispersed locations.\n\nThe successful candidate will support enterprise routing, switching, firewall modernization, VPN implementation, network segmentation, infrastructure integration, and migration execution activities while collaborating across cybersecurity, systems engineering, operations, and migration teams.\n\n*This position is contingent upon contract need*\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nLead technical execution of network migration activities across multiple DAFA environments.\nDesign, implement, and support enterprise network solutions within the DODNet architecture.\nSupport migration of routing, switching, firewall, VPN, DNS, DHCP/IPAM, VLAN, wireless, AAA, and NTP services.\nCoordinate network cutovers, migrations, and implementation activities.\nSupport integration of agency networks into approved DISA and DODNet technologies.\nDevelop and maintain network diagrams, implementation plans, migration documentation, and engineering artifacts.\nSupport configuration management and change control processes utilizing ITSM tools.\nProvide technical direction to installation technicians and junior engineers.\nParticipate in troubleshooting, incident resolution, and operational transition activities.\nSupport migration execution reports, engineering reviews, and technical briefings.\nCollaborate with cybersecurity, RMF, and operations teams throughout migration execution.\n\nQualifications:\n\nYears of Experience: 8 years\nEducation Level: bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline\nClearance Requirements: Active Secret\nCertification Requirements: DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification or higher.\nExperience supporting enterprise LAN/WAN environments.\nExperience with routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, DNS, and DHCP services.\nExperience implementing complex network changes in large-scale environments.\nStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills.\nAbility to support on-site operations at Fort Meade and travel as required.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nExperience supporting DISA or DODNet environments.\nCisco CCNP or equivalent certification.\nExperience with SIPR and NIPR environments.\nExperience supporting large-scale migration and modernization efforts.\nExperience utilizing Infrastructure-as-Code or automation tools.\nServiceNow experience.\n\nSalary Range: $60,000 to $88,000\n\nThe compensation range listed for this position represents the good faith salary range Diné Development Corporation (DDC) and its subsidiaries reasonably expect to pay for the role, in accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws.
