This position supports and coordinates with vendors for telephones, wireless devices, internet services, and hardware lifecycle management. The role is responsible for maintaining network operations, accreditation requirements, system upgrades, troubleshooting communications infrastructure, and supporting mission-critical court systems.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nProvide support for Physical and virtualized servers, and network systems. Supports and coordinates with vendors to support telephones, and wireless devices.\nSystems Administration - Conduct Operations and Maintenance work on a Network encompassing approximately 12 Windows and Linux based servers, with virtualization using VMWare ESX, Microsoft Exchange Server and systems backup and restoral management. Provide recommendations, management and perform system upgrades as required to the physical network architecture.\nVendor Support - Provide interface with multiple vendors for systems including cellular telephone support, internet service provider, etc.\nNetwork Accreditation - Provide support for maintaining the network accreditation, including scan remediation, patching, inventory support, and documentation.\nHardware Support - Coordinate activities with vendor support to include life cycle management, equipment replacement and tracking, and Service Level Agreement on replacement of failed equipment.\nCommunications Network - Coordinate troubleshooting activities of the network between the Court and the Joint Service Provider, including troubleshooting or assisting of troubleshooting of the Virtual Private Network connection.\nUnique Courthouse systems - Will be required to develop and understand the Courthouse recording system, Court Track (C-Track) system.\nExperience providing hands-on systems administration support throughout a successful Authorization to Operate (ATO) renewal process.\nOther duties as assigned. \n\nQualifications:\n\nActive Secret clearance or US Citizen with the ability to obtain!\n\nMinimum level of Education/Experience:\n\nAt least three years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in lieu of a college degree \n\nSkills Required: \n\nMust be IAT-I certified (A+, Network+, CCNA, SSCP)\nGood analytical and reporting skills\nGood communication skills.\nGood documentation and process skills.\nMicrosoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)\n\nTechnical Skills Required: \n\nMicrosoft Office 365 Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)\nMicrosoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)\nWindows Systems Administration (Windows Server 2016/2022/2025)\nIntranet/Internet Management and Support\nServer Migrations and Provisioning\nVirtualization using VMWARE\nSome cyber background (vulnerability scan, updating ATO documentation, understands RMF)\n\nCompetencies Required: (e.g. systems, technologies, communication capabilities, etc.)\n\nWindows Server 2016/2022/2025\nWindows 11 Enterprise\nVirtualization (VMWare ESX)\nArctera Backup Exec\nMicrosoft Office 365 Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint\nMicrosoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)\nRisk Management Framework (Network accreditation)\nSome cyber background (vulnerability scan, updating ATO documentation, understands RMF, system patching)\nVirtual Private Networking\niPhone Mobile Support\nSupport VoIP Telephone System\n\nSalary Range: $90,000 to $120,000\n\nThe compensation range listed for this position represents the good faith salary range Diné Development Corporation (DDC) and its subsidiaries reasonably expect to pay for the role, in accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws.
