own incident response and post-mortem culture\n\nDrive observability - logging, metrics, distributed tracing - across the platform\n\nInfluence reliability and operability early, at design and code-review stages\n\nLead capacity planning and infrastructure scaling decisions\n\nLeadership\nBuild, mentor, and grow teams across all three disciplines in a global, distributed org\n\nCommunicate roadmap and risks to senior leadership;
