This role will act as the local HR representative, ensuring smooth employee support, HR compliance, and benefits administration locally while partnering with the APAC/International HR team and other stakeholders.\nWhat Will You Do:\nManage and execute day to day administrative and operational HR tasks.\n\nMaintain accurate, complete and up-to-date employee records, documentation and personnel files in accordance with company policies, data privacy requirements and record retention standards\n\nEnsure HR practices comply with China employment laws and company policies\n\nManage employee local onboarding processes, partnering with International/ US HR manager, HRBPs, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and compliant employee experience.\n\nSupport implementation and communication of global and local HR policies and maintain the China Employee Handbook.\n\nWork closely with HRBP and HQ to ensure policies are communicated clearly and implemented effectively\n\nSupport payroll, benefits, HR reporting, audits, and HR projects\n\nSupport site events and wellbeing initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.\n\nAssist and processes transactional activities according to the HR processes defined by company.\n\nResponsible for employee certificate preparation or any other documentation required in Chinese and issue the hardcopy for employees.\n\nWork as the system admin for DingTalk leave system including employee account management, annual leave/carryover entitlement calculation and set up in system, annual leave reminder preparation and any other system support as per request.\n\nSupport in HR Operation projects locally as set by company globally.\n\nWhat Will You Bring:\nBachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration or a relevant field.\n\n3+ years of experience in HR operations and/or administration\n\nExperience working with a US company preferred\n\nStrong understanding of China employment practices, HR operations, and local labor regulations.\n\nExperience managing employee records, HR documentation, onboarding, leave administration, payroll inputs, and employee lifecycle processes.\n\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications and employee data management is preferred.\n\nStrong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and customer-oriented mindset\n\nFluent in both written and spoken
