environment.\nThe successful candidate will work closely with Sales Engineering leadership to improve forecasting visibility, POC management, resource planning, technical readiness, field coordination, executive reporting, and operational scalability.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDrive Sales Engineering Operational Excellence\nBuild and improve operational processes that support the Sales Engineering organization globally\n\nHelp scale technical pre-sales operations across complex enterprise and AI infrastructure sales motions\n\nCreate operational rigor around POCs, evaluations, demos, technical validation workflows, and customer readiness activities\n\nImprove visibility into Sales Engineering engagement, resource allocation, workload, and execution priorities\n\nTechnical Program & Process Management\nCoordinate cross-functional technical initiatives involving Sales Engineering, Product, Engineering, GSS, Sales, and RevOps\n\nBuild scalable workflows for technical evaluations, customer onboarding support, and solution readiness processes\n\nImprove handoff and coordination between pre-sales, implementation, and support organizations\n\nIdentify operational bottlenecks and drive process improvements\n\nReporting, Analytics & Executive Visibility\nDevelop dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and reporting frameworks for Sales Engineering leadership\n\nImprove visibility into POC activity, technical win rates, utilization, engagement coverage, and operational performance\n\nSupport forecasting processes, QBRs, operational reviews, and executive reporting\n\nTranslate technical operational data into actionable business insights\n\nSystems & Operational Infrastructure\nPartner with GTM Applications, RevOps, and technical teams to improve systems and workflows\n\nImprove Salesforce operational hygiene and technical engagement tracking\n\nHelp operationalize scalable tooling, automation, and AI-enabled workflows\n\nSupport data quality, process governance, and operational consistency across the SE organization\n\nResource Planning & Organizational Scale\nSupport Sales Engineering leadership with capacity planning, territory alignment, and operational prioritization\n\nImprove planning processes for technical coverage, strategic accounts, and customer engagement models\n\nHelp scale operational support structures as the organization grows globally\n\nCross-Functional Alignment\nPartner closely with Sales, Product, GSS, Engineering, Marketing, and RevOps teams\n\nHelp align technical pre-sales execution with business priorities and customer requirements\n\nSupport operational coordination for strategic customer opportunities and complex enterprise engagements\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nRequired Qualifications\n7+ years of experience in Technical Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Engineering Operations, Program Management, or related operational roles\n\nExperience supporting Sales Engineering, technical pre-sales, or enterprise infrastructure organizations\n\nStrong understanding of enterprise hardware, storage, AI infrastructure, cloud, or data center environments\n\nProven ability to create scalable operational processes and drive cross-functional execution\n\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills\n\nExperience building dashboards, operational reporting, and KPI frameworks\n\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills\n\nExperience with Salesforce and operational reporting environments\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in AI infrastructure, HPC, enterprise storage, GPU infrastructure, or cloud platforms\n\nFamiliarity with POC management, technical validation workflows, and enterprise solution design processes\n\nExperience supporting global technical organizations\n\nExposure to automation, AI-enabled workflows, and operational tooling modernization\n\nExperience operating in high-growth or transformation-stage technology
