We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Growth Project Manager to join our growing team.
The Growth Project Manager is a hands-on, execution-focused role to help drive the successful delivery of DEA's complex and high-value projects. Ideally bringing previous engineering project experience, this role bridges the gap between technical teams and project delivery.
Reporting to the Head of Strategic Programmes, the Growth Project Manager will support the pre-contract boundary and ensure project success through a strong focus on customer outcomes. Turning customer needs and complex problems into actionable, effective tasks for teams to execute.
This role requires a highly adaptable professional with a strong appetite for learning. The Growth Project Manager will help remove blockers and execute tasks to improve overall project outcomes.
