organization, and helping bring meaningful programs and initiatives to life through external funding opportunities.\nWhat You'll Do\nServe as a central point of contact for grant opportunities submitted by departments, leaders, and affiliates across the health system\nCoordinate the review and tracking of grant opportunities through the Grant Selection Committee process\nMonitor funding announcements, eligibility requirements, deadlines, and reporting obligations\nAssist departments in gathering information needed to evaluate and pursue grant opportunities\nCoordinate Grant Selection Committee meetings, agendas, minutes, documentation, and follow-up activities\nSupport grant application development by gathering required forms, supporting documentation, budgets, and submission materials\nCoordinate internal review processes involving Finance, Legal, Compliance, Human Resources, Information Services, Research, and other departments\nTrack grant timelines and deadlines to help ensure timely and complete submissions\nAssist with post-award coordination, reporting activities, and grant closeout processes\nMaintain grant records, agreements, correspondence, budgets, reports, amendments, and documentation\nSupport compliance with grant requirements, institutional policies, and applicable regulatory standards\nCoordinate communication among internal stakeholders, grant funders, academic partners, and external organizations\nRespond to grant-related inquiries and provide support throughout the grant lifecycle\nCompile and analyze grants data, including proposal activity, funding outcomes, and reporting metrics\nCreate spreadsheets, dashboards, reports, presentations, and executive summaries for leadership\nParticipate in process improvement initiatives that strengthen grant administration and operational effectiveness\nWhat We're Looking For\nHigh school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required\nCoursework in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field preferred\nMinimum of two years of experience in administration, project coordination, program support, grants administration, healthcare operations, or a related field\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders\nAbility to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism\nExperience developing reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and tracking tools\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint\nAbility to learn and effectively utilize grant management systems, document management systems, and emerging technologies\nPreferred:\nExperience supporting grant administration, pre-award or post-award activities\nExperience working in healthcare, higher education, nonprofit, research administration, or academic environments\nExperience coordinating
