The inventory parts specialist’s primary function is to complete the daily inventory information processing, reporting issues and tracking resolution for specific warehouse locations. The inventory specialist will also work with a team to help develop and implement all policies, procedures, systems and best practices with regard to inventory, for the purpose of maintaining accurate vehicles, and inventory stock.\nPerform counter sales and assist customers as needed.\nProcess parts receiving and reconcile discrepancies between packing slips, purchase orders, and invoices.\nMaintain inventory records, including order quantities, preferred vendors, and pricing.\nAssist with daily and monthly inventory reporting and reconciliation tasks.\nOrganize and label parts within the warehouse to ensure efficiency and accuracy.\nContribute to team projects, offering creative solutions and ideas for improvement.\nComplete cycle counts and full inventory for trucks, warehouses, and other locations.\nAct as a backup for other department team members and assist other departments as needed.\nDemonstrate a commitment to maintaining systems inventory control.\nParticipates in special projects as needed.\nExperience:\nGeneral office experience, familiarity with accounting procedures, and some bookkeeping and data processing experience is preferred.\nOther Attributes Required:\nInvestigative technique, problem-solving and analytical skills\nFlexibility\nUnderstanding of generally accepted accounting principles\nCommitment to
