Position Summary: Installs and repairs residential and commercial propane and/or oil burner equipment and appliances while ensuring a high level of customer service. The responsibilities of this position are carried out with particular attention to maintaining customer property and working as a trusted advisor. The Service Technician serves as a Dead River Company ambassador by adhering to our Brand Promise. Essential Functions: Install, troubleshoot, service, and repair oil and/or propane heating equipment and appliances in accordance with applicable codes, safety requirements, and company policies. Perform efficiency tests, tune-ups, and service inspections. Help ensure work is completed safely and correctly the first time to minimize callbacks. Deliver professional, courteous service while treating customers and their property with care. Help customers understand Dead River Company products and services and recommend appropriate options based on their needs.
