That’s where you come in!\nBase Pay Range:\n$71,600 - $95,000As an Integration Specialist, your essential job functions will include the following:\nEDI & API Integration Development\nDesign, develop, manage, maintain and support translation maps, application programs, batch scripts and integration points to meet business and trading partner requirements.\n\nPerform system configuration, mapping, testing and management for EDI/Integration-based transactions and processes.\n\nInteract with network engineering, application development and database administration functions to ensure availability, reliability and scalability of EDI systems to meet business demands.\n\nResearch, recommend, implement and support enhancements that improve the sustainability, reliability and performance of core Integration systems.\n\nCollaborate with users for the coordination, implementation and communication of the organization's Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Integration systems, including inbound/outbound document receiving, delivery and tracking, process audits, document mapping, service providers and integration points.\n\nEnsure EDI-related production processes and procedures are maintained and properly executed, including development activities, change requests and enterprise integration projects.\n\nProvide support to trading partners, business users, service providers and IT staff. Identify potential issues, respond to error messages, troubleshoot problems and implement resolutions.\n\nAnalyze issues and recommend and implement modifications to EDI/Integration systems to improve efficiencies, reliability and performance.\n\nMonitor all EDI/Integration files to ensure successful and timely receipt and transmission of data.\n\nParticipate in and support design/code reviews to ensure EDI/Integration team standards, documentation, change management processes and best practices are followed.\n\nMonitor the health of EDI/Integration systems, take appropriate corrective actions and report incidents to management.\n\nAssist with and support the establishment and implementation of policies, procedures and technologies to ensure EDI/Integration system security.\n\nDevelop and maintain EDI process documentation, training materials and systems documentation.\n\nProject Management\nWork closely with functional groups to ensure project tasks are completed accurately, timely and with quality.\n\nDocument project tasks, scope boundaries, high-level requirements and other project-related information as needed.\n\nPartner with functional staff to develop training materials for EDI/Integration-related workflow processes and Information Technology systems.\n\nBusiness Process Analysis\nAnalyze business workflow processes across EDI/Integration transactions executed by the company.\n\nInteract with business users to identify workflow process modifications and enhancement opportunities across functional areas.\n\nDocument and model workflow processes and associated data, including both current-state (\"as-is\") and future-state (\"to-be\") processes.\n\nParticipate in the development and continuous improvement of business analysis standards and guidelines related to EDI/Integration activities.\n\nBusiness Requirements\nDocument high-level and detailed business requirements related to EDI workflows, business rules and data requirements.\n\nCommunicate business requirements effectively to Information Technology staff.\n\nCollaborate on Information Technology projects with business and technical teams to clarify requirements, answer questions and resolve issues.\n\nPartner with team members to develop and maintain audits and controls used to monitor the daily transmission and collection of EDI/Integration files.\n\nSupport trading partner onboarding, enrollment and ongoing relationship management.\n\nMonitor relationships with customers, vendors and third-party partners to ensure successful EDI/Integration operations.\n\nRequirements Management / Change Management\nAssist users of EDI/Integration documents and processes in reviewing business requirements.\n\nCollaborate with functional staff to develop user acceptance testing objectives, test plans and test scripts to ensure business requirements are achieved.\n\nPerform system testing and user acceptance testing of Information Technology system changes.\n\nReview and maintain technical analysis documents, technical designs, test scripts and test results to ensure requirements are understood and addressed completely, correctly and consistently.\n\nParticipate in unit and integrated system test reviews with Information Technology staff as appropriate.\n\nApply established mechanisms for tracking business requirements throughout the project lifecycle to verify that all requirements have been addressed.\n\nSupport change management procedures used to control project scope.\n\nFacilitate documentation and approval of business and technical requirement changes throughout project execution.\n\nOther Responsibilities\nTimely and accurate time and status reporting.\n\nAdherence to security policies and procedures.\n\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nPosition Requirements\nRequired Qualifications\nAssociate degree, bachelor's degree, and/or equivalent relevant business experience.\n\nKnowledge of various file types and formats, including X12, EDIFACT, XML, CSV and Flat Files.\n\nExperience with programming languages and techniques such as Java, Python and scripting.\n\nExperience supporting, implementing or maintaining EDI and integration solutions.\n\nWorking knowledge of EDI documents, including 810, 850 and 856 transaction sets.\n\nExperience with communication methods including FTP, SFTP, AS2, APIs and web services.\n\nDemonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements.\n\nStrong communication, collaboration, facilitation and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience using integration tools such as Axway B2Bi, Axway APIM, Gentran Integration Suite or similar integration platforms.\n\n0-3 years of relevant EDI/Integration experience for Associate-level candidates.\n\n3+ years of relevant EDI/Integration experience for mid-level Integration Specialist candidates.\n\nExperience working directly with trading partners, vendors and third-party service providers.\n\nExperience leading troubleshooting efforts, implementations or integration-related
