We are proud of what our company has done, and it’s all due to the talented and diverse team we’ve been lucky enough to assemble.\nSEO Supervisor\nJob Responsibilities\nCreating and executing on-page search engine optimization strategies.\nCoordinating with onshore management to drive ongoing performance improvement.\nManage day-to-day activities of the team including scheduling, communicating process, policies, performance, quality expectations, technical and product updates, as well as department and company information.\nProvide management and professional guidance to team members through regular one-on-one meetings, regular team meetings, monthly quality reviews, quarterly and annual performance goals and reviews, documenting and delivering timely performance and behavior feedback while taking appropriate disciplinary actions as required.\nManage team to ensure adequate account coverage through team schedules and back-ups. Responsible for determining staffing needs, recruiting, hiring, disciplinary actions and terminations. Responsible for coaching and developing staff to meet or exceed job expectations as well as counsel and help direct career development.\nWork with product teams to verify the ongoing development and delivery of products and services that will impact team effectiveness and efficiency.\nSkills Required\nStrong understanding of search engine optimization & digital marketing best practices; ability to professionally interact with internal teams to solve customer SEO issues and questions.\nExcellent knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation for US audience; proofreading and copywriting skills.\nExceptionally strong customer handling, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills;
