We do not match well with fixed mindsets or average ambition levels.\nTasks\nTranslate technical requirements into detailed backend designs that creates tier 1 scalable systems and a joyful experience for the customer.\nBe responsible for driving innovation, maintainability, improving performance, scalability, and creating headless systems under strict timelines.\nLead backend engineering and solve complex problems such as:\nEnsuring optimal schema design, 100% uptime and high-end security.\nCredit scoring system → what’s the best way to gamify the credit scoring experience for our customers while ensuring a high ROI on lending bets?\nInvoice matching algorithm → what’s the optimal way to match invoices to deposits accurately at scale when we lack information?\nPayment orchestration → how can we best optimise our payment orchestration to lower our costs and increase our margins?\nAnalytics system → how can we set up an analytics system that tracks all relevant numbers?\nIntegrate our technology with the following external systems:\nPayment processors like Stripe.\nOpen banking platforms like Plaid.\nAccounting systems like QuickBooks and Economic\n-> Bonus points for submitting your application with GitHub links to applications you have developed\nRequirements\nExperience in python (4+ years)\nExperience in AWS ecosystem (4+ years)\nExperience with banking integrations (1+ years).
