office 5 days a week.\nKey Responsibilities\n Provide onsite and remote IT support to employees in Israel and the US, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.\nSupport the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, user access, and equipment setup.\nAssist with the administration and maintenance of end-user devices, IT systems, and office infrastructure.\nManage and support Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, JampCloud, EDR and other cloud-based services and SaaS applications.\nAssist with device configuration, software installations, updates, and endpoint management across Windows and Mac environments.\nSupport identity and access management, ensuring appropriate user permissions and adherence to security best practices.\nHelp maintain and improve IT processes, documentation, and internal support procedures.\nParticipate in IT projects, including technology implementations, system integrations, office setups, and process improvements.\nCoordinate with external vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues and maintain IT services.\nSupport IT setup and technical requirements for company meetings and events.\nAssist with security initiatives and compliance processes, including ISO and SOC requirements.\nRequirements\n1-2 years of experience in IT support, IT administration, or a similar technical role.\nHands-on experience supporting Windows and Mac environments.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and JumpCloud administration.\nBasic knowledge of cloud-based services, SaaS applications, and IT infrastructure.\nExperience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.\nFamiliarity with user management, access permissions, and endpoint management.\nStrong problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to learn.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented approach.\nStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.\nGood English communication skills.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with the broader team.\nAdvantages\nExperience with
