complex system designs to both technical and executive audiences.\nEstablish high engineering standards and govern architectural consistency across all platform microservices and infrastructure.\nEvaluate industry trends and emerging technologies to guide long-term architectural choices.\nPartner with R&D leadership to elevate engineering execution, culture, and technical capabilities.\nArchitect for high availability, fault tolerance, and multi-tenant scalability while proactively driving initiatives to reduce technical debt.\nRequirements\nBS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience.\n10+ years of enterprise software engineering experience with deep expertise in Java, distributed systems, and scalable backend architectures.\nExtensive experience architecting and operating mission-critical, robust, distributed financial or billing platforms at scale.\nProven track record of technical leadership, staff-level mentorship, and influencing engineering direction across an organization.\nExperience using data and analysis to explain technical problems and provide detailed feedback and solutions.\nProfessional working proficiency in English, both verbally and in writing is a
