You'll have significant opportunities for professional growth within our talented analytics team.\nOur Data process consists of the following:\nGathering of data - We automatically gather data from a variety of sources.\nExtracting of data - We extract data from any file format, including PDF.\nTransforming of data - We then clean, restructure, aggregate and classify the data.\nQuality Assurance - We perform automated and manual quality assurance steps.\nAnalysing of data - We analyse and get insights into the data.\nDelivering of data - We deliver the data and insights via a website or feed.\nWhat you’ll do\nScrutinising legal documents and identifying relevant information from Deal documents pertaining to CMBS & CRE CLO’s.\nAnalysing complex product data.\nMapping of monthly updates to system settings.\nPerform Quality Assurance checks.\nLaunch and monitor processes quickly to deliver data rapidly.\nSetting up extraction rules on the system and monthly processing of data extraction.\nReview report integrity as per guidelines/format.\nSolving and answering clients’ queries via email & phone Call.\nContact other companies to get more information when required.\nChecking revised reports and updating data as necessary.\nMonitoring overall system and data health and raising any concerns with developers.\nSuggest and implement process improvements/Process documentation.\nIdentifying opportunities to improve data processing and providing practical solutions to automatize processes.\nContribute and participate in Ad-Hoc projects.\nWhat we are looking for\nWe highly value the culture aspect of our team, so a good culture-fit is a deal for us.\nCreative, Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.\nHas good numeracy skills (ideally with some level of financial or accounting experience).\nAnalyses and interprets complex data sets relating to financial products.\nIT savvy and ability to work in an information systems environment.\nQuick learner, Strong analytical and problem-solving mind-set.\nEnthusiastic about new concepts and have a strong desire to strive for improvement.\nAbility to work independently and set priorities.\nA determination to process tasks according to pre-defined processes is essential.\nExcellent teamwork skills and work effectively in cross-functional teams.\nAbility to work under pressure & multi-task, using a team approach to solve problems when appropriate.\nStrong communication skills -
