This role involves strategic planning, staff management, and ensuring that the branch meets its financial and operational goals. The Branch manager will also be responsible for fostering a positive and safe work environment, enhance productivity, and promote the company's values and vision.\nKey Responsibilities:\nStrategic Planning and Execution:\nDevelop and implement strategic plans to achieve division objectives and company goals.\nAnalyze market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.\nOperational Management:\nOversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company policies and regulations.\nDevelop and manage division budgets, including forecasting, financial planning, and cost control.\nImplement and monitor quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of service/product delivery.\nTeam Leadership and Development:\nLead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of professionals to achieve their full potential.\nConduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify training and development needs.\nFoster a collaborative, inclusive team culture that promotes continuous improvement and innovation.\nBusiness Development:\nIdentify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the division’s market presence.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.\nRepresent the division at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.\nRisk Management and Compliance:\nEnsure the division adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.\nIdentify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on operations.\nConduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance and operational integrity.\nReporting and Analysis:\nPrepare and present regular reports on division performance, including financial results, operational metrics, and strategic initiatives.\nUse data and analytics to drive decision-making and improve division performance.\nCommunicate effectively with senior management and other divisions to align goals and share best practices.\n Qualifications\nA Bachelor’s degree in business administration and/or management in a related field is preferred.\nMinimum of 7-10 years of experience in a management role.
