This person will be responsible for performing the day-to-day routine job operations of Street Sweepers, tanker Flush Trucks, and diverse types of other CDL Equipment.\nMAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:\nOPERATIONS:\nOperates a Street Sweeper and/or a Wash Truck (Tanker).\nPerforms traffic control measures (maintenance of traffic) and setting up safety zones.\nLoads and unloads tanker equipment (water), shovels, brooms, etc.\nPerforms tree trimming functions including hauling and removal of brush.\nPerforms pre-trip inspections on vehicles.\nUses pressure washers and sweepers.\nUses all equipment and tools safely.\nOperation of various Ariel Lift Trucks.\nMay drive standard shift vehicles.\nPerforms other duties, as needed.\n EDUCATION:\nHigh School Diploma or Equivalent is required.\nEXPERIENCE:\n21+ years of age.\n Must have a CDL (A or B) or willing to obtain it within 90 days of employment (company provided, if not currently licensed.)\nTanker endorsement preferred (company provided if not currently certified).\nAbility to lift 50-60 pounds.\nAbility to drive manual transmission trucks preferred.\nAbility to workdays, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.\nExperience in crew leadership or supervisory roles is a plus.\n Ability to travel away from home for up to 1-2 weeks at a time.
