That is why we offer great compensation, awesome benefits, and a work environment worth bragging about!\n Claims Specialist will assist asset management projects by supporting work order, repair and 3rd Party billing processes for incidents related to highway and bridge asset repairs and/or incident management.\nDuties include - but not limited to:\nContacting insurance companies to obtain claim information relative to incidents and/or open claims in instances where vehicle owners have not notified insurance companies.\nPolice report investigation for accidents in the project area.\nCoordinate with project office personnel and management to obtain accurate information, records and photos needed to complete work events and create invoices. \nCollaborate with project personnel to ensure police reports and work events are appropriately matched, and documentation is accurate to necessary repairs and incident management.\nCoordinate with corporate Third Party Claims Department to ensure information gathered is accurate and complete.\nAccurately and timely updating work event records for any contact, information gathered or actions taken on event and claim information.\nCreate and run tracking reports as necessary to monitor and manage processes - including work events and repair tracking and follow-up for insurance carrier information.\nAbility to prioritize workload and assist coworkers as necessary for heavy workload and/or vacation coverage.\nProvides general office support as needed and assistance to Project Manager.\nOther duties as assigned.\n EDUCATION:\nHigh School Diploma is required.\nEXPERIENCE:\nPrior experience in office administration or insurance claims preferred - 2 years or more relative experience \nPrior experience in work order software is desirable.\nExcellent computer skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Word & Excel \nCustomer service focused \nDetail oriented \nSelf-starter - ability to work independently. \nAbility to interact productively and positively in a team environment. \nAbility to communicate effectively and professionally in both verbal and written form.\nMust be able to pass background check\nBenefit Highlights:\nChallenging and rewarding work environment\nCompetitive Compensation\nExcellent Medical, Dental, Vision and Prescription Drug Plan\n401(K) \nGenerous Paid Time Off\nCareer Development\nSalary: $20-$25\nCome be a part of the DeAngelo family, today! \nDCSAM is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all hiring and employment regulations.
