# Operations Coordinator - New Caledonia

At Deblock, we are building the first bank onchain: simple, non-custodial, and human. As we launch in New Caledonia, we are looking for our first local hire: an Operations Coordinator who will be our boots on the ground. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You will report to the New Caledonia Market Lead and work closely with our central Operations team, making sure our VISA cards get where they need to go, and that we always know exactly how many are being activated, where, and by whom.
