Als stagiair draai je direct mee: je verricht juridisch onderzoek, stelt memo’s op en sluit bijvoorbeeld aan bij jurisprudentielunches.\nJe zit op de kamer bij onze advocaten, zodat je altijd bij hen terechtkunt met vragen en veel leert in de dagelijkse praktijk. Met persoonlijke begeleiding, directe feedback en regelmatig contact met senior collega's en partners leer je het vak snel en grondig kennen.\nOnze praktijk\nOns Finance en Restructuring-team adviseert financiële instellingen, multinationals, private equity-investeerders en management over alle aspecten van bedrijfs-, activa- en projectfinanciering, schuldherstructurering en schuldkapitaalmarkten. Door samen te werken met toonaangevende kantoren in Europa, de VS en Azië bieden we naadloze grensoverschrijdende diensten.
