Als werkstudent werk je structureel mee aan lopende dossiers.\nWat ga je doen als werkstudent Tax?\nJe werk is een mix van kennisactiviteiten en praktische ondersteuning. Je voert literatuur- en jurisprudentieonderzoek uit, stelt memo's en presentaties op en draagt bij aan nieuwsbrieven over de laatste fiscale ontwikkelingen. Je neemt deel aan teamoverleg en ondersteunt het team bij complexe belastingzaken. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar met ondersteuning van je begeleiders.\nOnze praktijk\nOns team van belastingdeskundigen blinkt uit in fusies en overnames, juridische procedures, reorganisaties binnen concerns, financiële transacties en het bijstaan van grote multinationale ondernemingen en banken bij complexe belastingzaken. We bieden advies op maat over het volledige spectrum van het Nederlandse en internationale belastingrecht, onderhandelen regelmatig met de Nederlandse Belastingdienst en verdedigen de juridische belangen van onze cliënten voor de rechter. Daarnaast adviseren we over de fiscale aspecten van innovatieve financiële instrumenten, aandelenopties en aandelenplannen, en geven we advies over de structurering en analyse van beleggingsfondsen.\nWaarom kiezen voor een rol als werkstudent fiscaalrecht?\nJe doet relevante werkervaring op die aansluit bij je studie, bouwt een waardevol netwerk op en ontwikkelt essentiële vaardigheden in multidisciplinaire teams bij een toonaangevend advocatenkantoor.
