Designers here grow by shipping work fast, operating with urgency, developing a strong point of view, and raising the bar together.\nAbout the Role\nThis role sits at the heart of Decagon’s in-person brand expression. As an Experiential Designer, you’ll help shape how Decagon shows up in the real world-how we tell our story at our user conferences, how we stand apart at festival booths, and how our events evolves as the company scales.\nYou’ll work on marketing-led event initiatives that influence perception and drive growth, contributing to both foundational brand work and high-visibility moments. This role is ideal for a designer who is excited by storytelling, energized by momentum, and motivated by building a brand thoughtfully, not just executing individual assets.\nYou won’t be handed a perfectly defined box.
