We work across every customer segment, partnering closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market to ensure our platform is robust, scalable, and easy to use.\nAs one of our founding PMs, you’ll help define the product foundation that every Decagon customer uses to build and run their AI agents. You’ll own initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and scoping to launch and adoption, shaping the product experience for some of the world’s most influential businesses.\nAbout the Role\nDecagon agents take action inside some of the most complex enterprise systems. You'll own everything that makes that possible. Integrations and connections, headless and SDK deployment, external APIs and developer experience, channel expansion and partnerships.\nThis is the least solved part of enterprise AI. Getting an agent live inside a bank means wiring into systems built decades before LLMs existed, then clearing a security organization whose job is to say no. Everything you productize unlocks the next wave of deployments across our largest customers.\nIn this role, you will\nDefine the vision, strategy, and roadmap for developer experience, integrations channels, and enterprise readiness\n\nDecide what we build natively, what we make self-serve, and what we open up so customers and partners can extend it themselves\n\nWork with infrastructure and security on data handling, retention, and residency\n\nDrive channel and partner expansion with go-to-market and BD, including marketplace listings and co-sell motions\n\nYour background looks something like this\nHave 6+ years of relevant experience (e.g., product manager, founder, engineer, researcher etc.)\n\nExperience building integrations, API platforms, or developer-facing products where your users are other engineers\n\nYou've shipped something where the hard part was the long tail: many systems, inconsistent APIs, and no clean abstraction handed to you\n\nExperience with the requirements large enterprises impose before they'll deploy anything: security review, data handling, compliance artifacts, deployment constraints\n\nStrong technical acumen.
