Building truly successful AI products isn’t just about model quality - it’s about the infrastructure, tooling, and workflows that allow customers to configure, monitor, and improve their agents at scale.\nThe Product Management team owns Decagon’s platform and foundational features: agent building, testing, experimentation, analytics, QA, versioning, integrations, and enterprise controls. We work across every customer segment, partnering closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market to ensure our platform is robust, scalable, and easy to use.\nAs one of our founding PMs, you’ll help define the product foundation that every Decagon customer uses to build and run their AI agents. You’ll own initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and scoping to launch and adoption, shaping the product experience for some of the world’s most influential businesses.\nAbout the Role\nOn the Product team, you’ll own the roadmap for a major product area and partner with customers and internal teams to deliver features that make Decagon’s platform powerful, flexible, and enterprise-ready.
