Tu évalues le risque client, tu sécurises l'encours et tu accélères l'encaissement. Tu contribues à la Credit Policy, aux procédures et aux outils du groupe.\nAutonome, tu es le partenaire du business (commerce, directions financières des pays et des BU) et, quand le cash est en jeu, tu sais aussi être un contre-pouvoir : tu donnes un avis argumenté.\nTon terrain de jeu met en valeur ton expertise\nSuis ta feuille de match : tu sécurises le risque client de ton portefeuille. Tu analyses la solvabilité de chaque nouveau client ou partenaire avant tout délai de paiement, tu attribues un score, et tu proposes une limite de crédit et des conditions de paiement adaptées, dans le cadre de la Credit Policy du groupe.\nTu recommandes les sûretés adaptées et tu suis leur validité et leur échéance. Tu surveilles l'encours, tu traites les dépassements et les demandes de dérogation, et tu accompagnes le blocage ou le déblocage des commandes.\nTu animes la relance et le recouvrement avec les pays, les équipes commerciales et le centre de services : relance des dossiers sensibles, négociation d'échéanciers, pénalités de retard, mise en jeu des garanties. Avec le juridique, tu pilotes le recouvrement externe ou contentieux. Tu aides au déploiement des process et tu alimentes la prévision d'encaissement de la Trésorerie.\nChaque mois, tu produis le reporting crédit de ton périmètre (encours, balance âgée, DSO, échus, garanties, provisions). Tu alertes sans délai en cas de risque avéré, tu prépares les dossiers du comité de crédit et tu suis l'exécution de ses décisions. You assess customer risk, secure outstanding receivables and speed up cash collection. You contribute to the Group's Credit Policy, procedures and tools.\nAutonomous, you are a true partner to the business (sales, country and BU finance leaders) and, when cash is at stake, you also know how to act as a counterweight: you give a well-argued opinion.\nYour playground highlights your expertise\nFollow your game sheet: you secure the customer risk of your portfolio. You assess the creditworthiness of every new customer or partner before any payment term is granted, you assign a score, and you propose a credit limit and suitable payment terms, within the Group Credit Policy.\nYou recommend suitable credit security and you monitor its validity and expiry date. You monitor outstanding balances, handle overruns and waiver requests, and propose blocking or releasing orders.\nYou run dunning and collections with the countries, sales teams and shared services center: following up on sensitive cases, negotiating payment plans, applying late-payment penalties, calling guarantees. With the Legal team, you steer external or legal recovery. You help roll out the processes and you feed Treasury's cash collection forecast.\nEvery month, you produce the credit report for your scope (outstanding balances, aged receivables, DSO, overdue amounts, guarantees, provisions). You raise alerts immediately when a risk materializes, prepare the Credit Committee files and follow up on the execution of its decisions.
