We're going to out-think, out-create, and out-connect everyone else in this space.\nThe Role\nWe're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented assistant to support the day-to-day execution of our email marketing campaigns across multiple brands.\nThis is primarily an execution and operations role, not a copywriting or strategy role. Your responsibility will be to ensure campaigns are loaded, checked, scheduled, and sent accurately and on time.\nKey Responsibilities\nLoad and schedule 7 Future Finance campaigns per week on ActiveCampaign / Iterable (free newsletter).\nLoad and schedule 5 paid newsletter campaigns per week on Beehiiv.\nAssist with scheduling 1-2 daily email broadcasts for Decentralized Masters.\nUpload provided copy, subject lines, preview text, images, and links.\nEnsure campaigns are sent to the correct audience segments at the correct times.\nThoroughly QA emails before scheduling, including formatting, links, tracking, segmentation, and send settings.\nMaintain campaign calendars and trackers.\nFlag missing information, inconsistencies, or potential mistakes before campaigns go live.\nAssist with last-minute scheduling changes when needed.\nSchedule/segment SMS broadcasts as we roll out SMS campaigns\nRequirements\nWho You Are\nAttention to detail is the #1 priority for this role. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work and can be trusted to execute accurately without constant supervision.\nKey qualities:\nExcellent attention to detail: Catches mistakes in links, formatting, targeting, scheduling, Messaging (user experience), etc.\nOwnership and good judgment: Doesn't blindly follow instructions. Proactively flags anything that looks incorrect or unusual and asks questions when needed.\nReliability: Consistently meets deadlines and ensures campaigns are ready on time.\nOrganization: Can manage multiple brands, campaigns, and schedules without letting things slip.\nAbility to follow processes: Comfortable working with SOPs, checklists, and established workflows.\nProactive communication: Flags blockers early rather than waiting until the last minute.\nIndependent execution: Can take responsibility for recurring tasks after training.\nTech-savvy and trainable: Comfortable learning new software and picking up tools quickly.\nExperience Requirements\nPrior experience with email marketing platforms is NOT required. We're happy to train the right person.\nExperience with ActiveCampaign, Iterable, Beehiiv, or similar email marketing platforms is a plus, but what matters most is being detail-oriented, reliable, tech-savvy, and a fast learner.\nWhat You Won't Be Responsible For\nWriting email copy or subject lines\nDeveloping email marketing strategies\nCreating offers or promotional campaigns\nAll copy, creative assets, and campaign instructions will be provided by the marketing team. Your role is to ensure everything is executed correctly.\nAvailability: Must be available and responsive between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on working days to coordinate campaign scheduling, handle time-sensitive requests, and make any necessary adjustments.\nBenefits\nWhat do we offer\nCompetitive salary\nCompany offsites\nRemote work\nHigh ownership, high-impact role","description_format":"text","description_chars":3665,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":{"level":"bachelor","optional":false},"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"United States","iso":"US","kind":"country"},{"name":"India","iso":"IN","kind":"country"},{"name":"Germany","iso":"DE","kind":"country"},{"name":"United Kingdom","iso":"GB","kind":"country"}],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Cryptocurrencies","Continuing Education"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-20T08:01:56Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":74,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.779,"p_room":0.945,"age_days":9,"expected_fill_days":15,"reasons":["conf:2","win:mid"],"computed_at":"2026-10-30T05:48:23Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/decentralized-masters-email-marketing-operations-assistant","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/decentralized-masters-email-marketing-operations-assistant.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-31T03:03:59Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":4358,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-11-01T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":1181},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=1181"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Fdecentralized-masters-email-marketing-operations-assistant"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Fdecentralized-masters-email-marketing-operations-assistant"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Fdecentralized-masters-email-marketing-operations-assistant"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/decentralized-masters-email-marketing-operations-assistant\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Fdecentralized-masters-email-marketing-operations-assistant"}],"agent":{"mcp":"https://alion.io/mcp/jobs","mcp_open":"https://alion.io/mcp/open","next":[{"tool":"get_job","arguments":{"id":2906483}},{"tool":"search_jobs","arguments":{"company":"decen-masters.com","detail":"compact"}},{"tool":"match_people","arguments":{"job_id":2906483},"note":"people open to offers who fit this vacancy"}],"note":"The same data through MCP tools: https://alion.io/mcp/open needs no sign-in (compact searches, postings, people); https://alion.io/mcp with an Alion account has everything.
