Together, these offerings make venture capital more accessible to anyone with world-class ideas and execution.\nRole Overview\nWe are hiring a Legal Operations Associate to help launch and maintain multiple venture capital firms around the world by working with general partners (fund managers) on their fund paperwork and fund operational matters from formation to governance to compliance, etc.\nThe ideal candidate will have a paralegal and legal/fund operations background, with ideally some knowledge and experience in venture capital. Applicants for this role need to be based in the U.S.\nOperations Associate responsibilities include:\nSupport the formation and maintenance/governance needs of general partners (and their funds) around the world, potentially with expanding domiciles\nCoordinate with legal partners in preparing fund formation and governance agreements\nWork with our evolving premiere SaaS for VC firms\nHelp take ownership of fund client accounts and relationships\nWhat You Have:\n3 + years of experience in legal or fund operations (performing legal work)\nStrong professional phone and videoconferencing persona\nHigh digital literacy, able to learn new software quickly\nStrong ability to work in a collaborative team environment\nComposed in high stress situations\nExceptional written and verbal
