quality assurance and quality control activities for major mission-critical and data center projects in KSA.\nThe role will be responsible for conducting site inspections, monitoring contractor compliance, reviewing Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), supporting NCR management, maintaining quality records, and ensuring construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, procedures, contractual requirements, and applicable quality standards.\nThe ideal candidate has hands-on QA/QC experience on large-scale construction, infrastructure, EPC, PMC, or mission-critical projects and a practical understanding of ISO 9001, inspection processes, NCRs, quality documentation, and construction quality requirements.\nResponsibilities\nConduct QA/QC inspections and surveillance activities across assigned construction works.\n\nVerify that construction activities comply with approved drawings, project specifications, contractual requirements, method statements, procedures, and applicable quality standards.\n\nPerform FOK, installation, PUE, and other required project quality inspections.\n\nReview and monitor contractor Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), checklists, inspection requests, and supporting quality records.\n\nWitness inspections and testing activities in accordance with approved ITPs.\n\nIdentify non-conforming work and support the preparation and issuance of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).\n\nMonitor NCRs through corrective action and closure and escalate unresolved or recurring quality issues to the QA/QC Manager.\n\nSupport root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.\n\nMonitor workmanship, materials, installations, and construction activities for compliance with project requirements.\n\nCoordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, discipline engineers, and project teams to resolve quality-related issues.\n\nReview material inspection requests, work inspection requests, test records, certificates, and related quality documentation.\n\nMaintain accurate inspection records, quality reports, NCR logs, punch lists, and supporting evidence.\n\nSupport internal and external quality audits and surveillance activities.\n\nIdentify recurring quality issues, trends, and areas of concern and report them to the QA/QC Manager.\n\nAssist in preparing quality KPIs, reports, dashboards, and project quality statistics.\n\nSupport testing, commissioning, punch-list closeout, handover, and final quality documentation.\n\nVerify completion and availability of quality records required for system and project handover.\n\nPromote compliance with the Project Quality Management Plan and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nSupport implementation of the Project Quality Management System across assigned work packages.\n\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.\n\nRelevant QA/QC engineering experience on construction, infrastructure, EPC, PMC, or major capital projects.\n\nHands-on experience with site inspections, ITPs, inspection requests, quality documentation, and NCR management.\n\nGood understanding of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.\n\nExperience reviewing construction activities against approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project quality requirements.\n\nExperience identifying non-conformances and following corrective actions through closure.\n\nKnowledge of root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action processes.\n\nStrong documentation, reporting, and record-management skills.\n\nAbility to coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, vendors, and multidisciplinary project teams.\n\nStrong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience on hyperscale data center or mission-critical projects.\n\nPrevious experience within a PMC, consultant, EPC, or major contractor environment.\n\nISO 9001 Internal Auditor, Lead Auditor, Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or equivalent quality certification.\n\nFamiliarity with electronic Quality Management Systems and document control platforms.\n\nExperience supporting commissioning quality activities and handover documentation.\n\nKnowledge of international construction quality standards and best practices.\n\nFamiliarity with FIDIC contracts and associated QA/QC requirements.\n\nExperience preparing
