{"id":1272845,"url":"https://alion.io/job/decimal-business-solutions-pte-ltd-sap-sdcs-lead","title":"SAP SD/CS Lead - S/4HANA Conversion","company":{"id":3806772,"name":"Decimal Business Solutions Pte Ltd","domain":"decimalbs.com","url":"https://alion.io/company/decimal-business-solutions-pte-ltd","size_band":null,"is_staffing_agency":false,"employer_type":"direct","is_intermediary":false,"listed_via":null,"ats_vendor":null,"truth_index":null},"role":"Enterprise Apps","role_family":"Enterprise Apps","seniority":"lead","employment_type":null,"work_mode":"remote","remote_scope":"stated_countries","remote_scope_basis":"board_field","remote_working_hours":null,"hiring_geo_confidence":"inferred","locations":["India"],"countries":["IN"],"hiring_countries":["IN"],"hiring_countries_total":1,"salary":null,"salary_estimate":{"min_usd":17500,"max_usd":39000,"period":"year","method":"role_seniority_country_cell","sample_n":17},"experience_years_min":8,"visa_sponsorship":false,"relocation_package":false,"has_equity":false,"technologies":[{"name":"ABAP","optional":false}],"status":"live","first_seen_at":"2026-08-31T08:25:49Z","employer_posted_date":null,"last_verified_at":"2026-08-31T08:25:49Z","board_verified":false,"closed_at":null,"days_open":49,"trust":{"level":"not_scored","repost_count":null,"flags":[],"days_open":49},"description":"Position : SAP SD/CS Lead - S/4HANA Conversion\n\nRole Overview :\n\nWe are looking for an experienced SAP SD/CS Lead to take ownership of the Sales & Distribution (SD) and Customer Service (CS) workstreams for the SAP S/4HANA Conversion project.\n\nThe role will be responsible for leading the functional assessment, conversion readiness, solution validation, configuration, testing, integration, cutover and post-go-live stabilization activities across SD and CS.\n\nThe candidate should have strong experience in SAP ECC to S/4HANA conversion/upgrade projects, combined with hands-on knowledge of SD and Customer Service processes and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and other SAP workstreams.\n\nMandatory Technical Skills :\n\n- Strong hands-on experience in SAP SD and SAP CS.\n\n- Strong knowledge of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.\n\n- Strong understanding of Customer Service processes and their integration with SD.\n\n- Strong experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.\n\n- Experience in ECC to S/4HANA conversion/upgrade projects.\n\n- Good understanding of S/4HANA simplification items and conversion activities.\n\n- Experience with SAP Notes and conversion-related remediation.\n\n- Strong integration knowledge with FI/CO, MM, PP and logistics.\n\n- Good understanding of custom developments and ABAP dependency analysis.\n\n- Strong testing, defect management and cutover experience.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\nSD/CS Conversion Assessment : \n\n- Lead the SD and CS functional assessment for the ECC to S/4HANA conversion.\n\n- Review existing business processes, configurations, custom developments, interfaces and integrations.\n\n- Analyze the impact of S/4HANA simplification items and identify required remediation.\n\n- Review existing SAP Notes, simplification items and functional changes relevant to SD/CS.\n\n- Identify process gaps, obsolete functionality and opportunities for process improvement.\n\n- Prepare and maintain the SD/CS conversion assessment and remediation plan.\n\n- Own end-to-end SD processes including :\n\n1. Customer and business partner-related processes\n\n2. Sales order management\n\n3. Pricing and condition techniques\n\n4. Availability check / ATP\n\n5. Delivery and shipping\n\n6. Picking and goods issue\n\n7. Billing and invoicing\n\n8. Returns and credit/debit processes\n\n9. Intercompany and cross-company sales processes\n\n10. Output management\n\n11.
