The role manages and maintains the EU CRM with technical IT support, analyses market and salesforce execution data, and partners with country sales teams to improve field force deployment, effectiveness and resource allocation. It also drives incentive compensation analyses in collaboration with the analytics team. The role supports a growing portfolio and increasing operational complexity across international markets.\nJob Location: Role may be based in Switzerland or Netherlands\nKey Responsibilities\nField Operations & Deployment\nAssist countries with tiering and targeting exercises to ensure optimal resource allocation and market coverage.\nAssess customers’ distribution and concentration to evaluate best targeting approaches and go to market\nSupport field force deployment activities, including territory alignment updates.\nMaintain accurate field operations data to support seamless execution across markets and proactively propose improvements in field operations.\nCollaborate with country sales teams, marketing, analytics, and other commercial teams to support field execution needs.\nData Management & CRM\nManages and maintains EU CRM, coordinating external IT vendor and internal stakeholders\nSupports field teams on CRM management, including training\nExtracts data from CRM to Monitor field performance metrics\nIncentive Compensation\nPlays a key role in the KAMs’ incentive compensation process, driving analyses and contributing to shaping incentive plans.\nContinuous Improvement\nIdentify opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance data quality, and improve operational efficiency.\nContribute to the development and refinement of field operations processes, tools, and documentation to support a growing and increasingly complex portfolio.\n 5+ years of experience in commercial operations, field operations, sales operations, or a similar function (management consulting experience in top tier consulting companies is also valued).\nFamiliarity with field force deployment concepts (territories, targeting, segmentation).\nProficiency in Excel.\nExperience with Business intelligence tools (PowerBi, QLICK)\nExperience with CRM platforms (Veeva) and commercial data systems.\nStrong analytical skills, attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.\nStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks with precision in a fast-paced environment.\nPreferred Capabilities\nPharmaceutical industry experience preferred.\nManagement consulting experience considered a plus.\nKnowledge of additional analytical tools for data manipulation and reporting.\nAI skills are considered a plus.\nProactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.\nCuriosity and openness to learning new systems, tools, and
