Key aspects of this role include the management of the promotional, medical, regulatory, and compliance (PMRC) review committee, key exhibit planning including large medical congresses and regional exhibits, managing printing, fulfilment, and warehousing, contract management, and logistical support for commercial meetings. The person in this role will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization including but not limited to Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Training, Regulatory, Medical, Legal and Compliance teams, as well as external agency partners. An effective candidate for this role will be detail-oriented, proactive, and act with a sense of urgency to pull through on critical marketing operations initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead the PMRC process (30%)\nEffectively manage the day-to-day operations for PMRC meetings, agendas, and recaps\nBecome the expert and admin for the PMRC system and process\nPartner with project owners/agencies to ensure successful submission workflows\nContinually evaluate process to identify opportunities to maximize efficiency and output\nEnsure effective training/onboarding for internal stakeholders and agency partners\nFacilitate Congress Planning and Execution (30%)\nExecute congress strategy through collaboration with Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs and Sales\nCollaborate with congress organizations and societies to negotiate contracts for booth exhibits and/or sponsorship agreements\nWork with agency partners to develop and maintain exhibits for national, regional, and local congresses\nSupport KOL programming including advisory boards and speaker bureau management\nDevelop and implement measurement plan to evaluate ROI on national and regional congresses\nBuild and maintain annual congress budget\nRegional Tradeshow Support\nProcess contracts and pull through logistics for field-based exhibits\nSupport field team in the execution of field-based exhibits\nManage and Optimize Print and Fulfillment (10%)\nLiaise with the marketing team and vendors on printing and fulfilment needs\nMaintain inventory status of key marketing materials, ensuring business continuity in cost effective manners\nBe accountable for production, inventory, tracking, and distribution of promotional materials\nEvaluate and refine print/fulfillment model as needed\nMaintain print and fulfilment budget\nBudget Accruals, MSAs and SoWs (15%)\nAggregate and roll up monthly budget accruals\nProcess MSAs and SoWs\nSupport Commercial Meetings (15%)\n\n Play a supporting role the planning and execution of critical commercial meetings (e.g., National Sales Meeting, POAs, etc.)\nOther duties and responsibilities as assigned\n Bachelor's or Masters with 8+ years of experience\nExceptional understanding of Marketing Operations and project management, and marketing processes\nIn depth expertise in Pharmaceutical Promotional/Marketing Services and knowledge of related disciplines - Pharmaceutical Marketing, Medical, Managed Markets, Marketing Agencies, Sourcing\nProficiency with Veeva Promomats or similar review system and strong computer aptitude with the ability to learn new systems quickly\nProven ability to successfully manage multiple ongoing projects/workstreams with and without specific direction and a strong sense of urgency\nExperience in print production within a pharmaceutical company or advertising agency a plus\nExperience with detailed meeting logistics planning required to execute NSM, POAs, etc.\nStrong communication skills, both verbal and written\nStrong critical thinking skills and can take a holistic view of the business in order to ensure efficiencies and alignment with Marketing and other cross functional teams\nPreferred Capabilities\nProject Management Degree\nExperience working on a launch brand preferred\n Deciphera is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary pay range for this role is $130,000-$179,000. Actual compensation packages will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to depth of experience, education, skillset, overall performance and/or location.\nDeciphera believes in providing a competitive compensation and benefits package to all employees.
