expected to:\n\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines.\n\nBuild and optimise cloud-based data lakes and data processing solutions using native AWS services.\n\nDevelop ETL/ELT processes to ingest, transform, and curate data from a variety of source systems.\n\nImplement data quality, monitoring, and error-handling processes to ensure reliable data delivery.\n\nOptimise data solutions for performance, scalability, security, and cost efficiency.\n\nCollaborate with architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver data solutions aligned with business requirements.\n\nSupport CI/CD practices, Infrastructure as Code, and operational excellence across the data estate.\n\nContribute to engineering best practices.\n\nWho Do You Need to Be?Technical Skill:\nStrong experience with native AWS data services such as S3, Glue, Lambda, Redshift, Athena, Lake Formation and related services.\n\nProficiency in Python, SQL, and Apache Spark (PySpark).\n\nExperience building ETL/ELT pipelines and cloud-based data solutions.\n\nUnderstanding of data modelling, data quality, and data governance principles.\n\nExperience with Git, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.\n\nExperience:\n5+ years of data engineering experience, including hands-on delivery on AWS.\n\nExperience designing and implementing enterprise-scale data pipelines and analytics solutions.\n\nStrong understanding of cloud architecture, security, and performance optimisation.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nAWS Data Engineer or Solutions Architect Associate
