This position ensures orders are complete, accurate, properly prioritized, and ready for execution before being handed off for production planning.\nReporting Relationships\nReports to: Director of Operations\nNon-supervisory position\nPrimary Job Responsibilities\nReceive and review incoming customer orders.\nVerify quantities, product information, required dates, shipping details, and other order requirements.\nIdentify and resolve missing, inaccurate, or conflicting information.\nEnsure orders are complete before releasing them to Operations.\nPrioritize orders based on customer requirements and required completion dates.\nCoordinate order readiness with Project Management, Integration Planning, Warehouse, and Shipping.\nCommunicate order changes, holds, cancellations, and priority requests.\nMaintain accurate order information in applicable systems and trackers.\nEscalate issues that could impact production or customer commitments.\nSupport reporting of order volume, status, exceptions, and upcoming workload.\nOther duties as assigned by management.\nRequirements\nJob Competencies, Skills & Experience\nHigh School diploma or GED, 1-2 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nExperience in logistics, distribution, customer service, or operations preferred.\nStrong communication and organizational skills.\nExcellent attention to detail and follow-through.\nAbility to manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong problem-solving skills.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications.\nCustomer Service\nCommunication\nFollow-Through\nProblem Solving\nOrganization\nSense of Urgency\nAttention to Detail\nAccountability\nEnvironment and Normal Working Conditions\nOffice/Warehouse environment. Core business hours are generally 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. However, this position will/may require work to be performed outside of normal business hours based on Company operations.\nPhysical Requirements\nPrimary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting including verbally communicating, seeing and hearing to exchange information and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard. Daily physical functions may include standing, sitting and walking for prolonged periods of time and occasionally stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and twisting. The employee may engage in lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling light to moderate amounts of weight up to 25 pounds.
