This role performs hardware repairs, replaces defective components, conducts quality checks, and maintains accurate repair documentation. The Repair Technician works in a fast-paced warehouse and technical service environment, prioritizing repair activities to meet service expectations while following established procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards.\nWhy You'll Love This Role\nWork hands-on with a variety of technology, electronic, and hardware equipment.\nDevelop and apply technical troubleshooting and repair skills across a range of devices.\nGain exposure to diagnostic tools, testing equipment, repair systems, and business technologies.\nPlay a direct role in ensuring repaired equipment meets quality and operational standards.\nWork in a collaborative environment while taking ownership of assigned repairs.\nBuild experience with enterprise technology, mobility, barcoding, POS, printing, scanning, and related equipment.\nExpand your technical knowledge by learning new technologies, repair methods, and systems.\nContribute to efficient repair operations that support customer and business needs.\nWhat You'll Do\nDiagnose and troubleshoot technology equipment and hardware issues.\nRepair electronic equipment and technology devices by replacing defective components and performing necessary adjustments.\nTest and configure repaired equipment to verify functionality and compliance with quality standards.\nPerform quality checks and visually inspect equipment and components for defects or repair needs.\nFollow established repair procedures, technical documentation, work orders, safety guidelines, and quality standards.\nAccurately document diagnoses, repairs, testing, and other repair activities within company systems.\nMaintain accurate inventory, equipment, and repair records.\nPrioritize and manage multiple repair tasks to meet service expectations and operational requirements.\nUse diagnostic tools, testing equipment, hand tools, and specialized repair instruments safely and effectively.\nSupport equipment handling, staging, inventory activities, and shipping operations as needed.\nCollaborate with internal teams to support repair operations and overall business objectives.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.\nStay current with new technologies, repair methods, and systems.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nRequirements\nWhat You Bring\nPreferred Qualifications\nRequired:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nTechnical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electronic equipment, hardware, or technology devices.\nAbility to accurately document repair activities and enter information into company systems.\nAbility to follow established procedures, technical instructions, work orders, and quality standards.\nBasic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications and business systems.\nStrong attention to detail, organization, problem-solving, and time management skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.\nPreferred:\n1-3 years of experience as a repair technician, bench technician, hardware support technician, or in a related technical role.\nExperience repairing electronic devices, mobility equipment, POS systems, printers, handheld scanners, barcode equipment, or related hardware.\nExperience using diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and repair procedures.\nExperience with inventory tracking, repair ticket systems, or service management systems.\nExperience working in a warehouse, repair center, logistics, or technical operations environment.\nSoldering experience, including applying solder paste to individual connector pins to repair blind leads on surface-mount connectors.\nTechnical certification or related technical education.\nExperience working within service-level expectations and established quality standards.\nTravel & Physical Requirements\nTravel\nLimited travel may be required based on Company operational needs.\nThe position is primarily based in a warehouse and technical repair environment during core business hours, generally 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; occasional work outside normal business hours or location may be required.\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.\nAbility to frequently bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, and reach while performing repair and maintenance activities.\nAbility to use hands and fingers for fine motor coordination, including operating repair tools, keyboards, and electronic testing equipment.\nAbility to perform repetitive hand and wrist movements associated with electronicrepair, assembly, and data entry.\nAbility to visually inspect small electronic components and identify defects or repair needs.\nAbility to safely operate hand tools, testing equipment, and specialized repair instruments.\nAbility to perform duties requiring manual dexterity and precision handling of electronic components.\nAbility to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment and materials weighing up to 50 pounds regularly;
