Join us and shape the future of operational excellence.\nJob Summary: Under minimal supervision of the Logistics Manager, receive, store, ship, and pick inventory, parts, and other equipment. Access, view, and update NetSuite and IntelliTrack to process orders, RMAs, and shipments. Maintain inventory integrity and train new Warehouse associates as needed. Be an advocate for warehouse systems use and promote consistent processes and procedures in support of inventory accuracy.\nJob Responsibilities\nSupport Logistics and Service Managers with daily administrative tasks.\nAssist with the receipt, shipment, and picking/restocking of parts, equipment, and other materials.\nProcess rental returns and manage Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) accurately and in accordance with SLAs.\nEnsure all inbound deliveries and outbound shipments are processed on time-meeting all deadlines.\nMake appropriate corrections to RMAs, receipts, transfers, and shipments when needed, according to established procedures.\nEnforce compliance with Warehouse SOPs and maintain a safe working environment.\nAssist the Finance team with reconciling purchase orders and payment discrepancies.\nMaintain presentation and organization of the warehouse in accordance with safety standards and customer-ready conditions.\nUse NetSuite (NS), IntelliTrack, and other related systems to monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.\nHelp plan and execute regular cycle counts and full physical inventory for DPT and customer-owned stock.\nInvestigate inventory issues and coordinate adjustments with the Logistics Manager and Finance team.\nPromote inventory integrity and ensure all inventory is accounted for.\nRequirements\nEducation & Experience: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; 1-2+ years of warehouse, receiving, or shipping experience preferred (experience in IT hardware or electronics distribution is a plus). Experience working in fast-paced environments. Experience using material handling and warehouse equipment. Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes preferred.\nCore Competencies & Skills:\nOrder Fulfillment & Inventory: Hands-on experience with order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, material handling, inventory management, and stock control.\nAttention to Detail: High level of accuracy in picking, packing, and entering inventory data.\nReliability & Accountability: Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and a high degree of personal responsibility.\nCommunication & Collaboration: Ability to effectively communicate information clearly and professionally in both spoken and written English, with the ability to work effectively across departments and contribute to a collaborative team environment.\nOrganization & Productivity: Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to follow procedures and maintain productivity under deadlines.\nSafety: Strong safety awareness and commitment to safety compliance at all times.\nTechnical & Equipment Skills:\nData Entry & Math: Basic math and data entry skills for recording items, counting stock, and checking shipments.\nSystems Experience: Experience with ERP or warehouse software systems preferred.\nCertifications: Forklift certification preferred, but not required.\nGeneral Environment and Physical Demands\nThe Warehouse Associate position requires the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to designated weight limits (e.g., up to 50 pounds), stand and walk for extended periods, and regularly bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the workday. The role also requires manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, as applicable.
