Port Erie Plastics is a long-established, growing, family-owned plastics manufacturer, located in Harborcreek, PA. On behalf of our client, Decision Associates is seeking a dynamic and experienced Controller to lead the company's finance function. As a key member of the leadership team at Port Erie Plastics, the Controller will serve as the company's senior financial executive, functioning as a true strategic partner to executive leadership while maintaining oversight of all accounting and finance operations. Responsibilities Lead all core accounting operations. Ensure full compliance with US GAAP standards and manage the external audit process. Oversee cost accounting processes, including standard costing methodology, bill-of-materials integrity, and advanced variance analysis to support production decision-making and margin management. Develop, implement, and enforce internal financial controls and accounting policies. Develop an annual budgeting process and long-range financial planning.
