This role verifies content updates, checks links and UI functionality, validates interactive tools, and follows established notification processes for service outages, degradations, or interruptions.\nThe Digital QA Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, usability, and operational readiness of content and digital assets across customer-facing and internal platforms.\nThis position is fully remote. \nDuties & Responsibilities\nThe Digital QA Analyst will:\nPerform daily verification of content updates across MC&FP digital platforms. \nValidate links, page rendering, UI components, tools, and interactive features for accuracy and functionality. \nFollow established outage notification processes and escalate service interruptions promptly. \nExecute structured QA checklists and update trackers for recurring reviews. \nCollaborate with content, UX, and technical teams to resolve defects and inconsistencies. \nIdentify accessibility issues and validate improvements where required. \nAssist with regression checks for platform updates, enhancements, and patch releases. \nDocument issues clearly in ticketing systems and track corrective actions through closure. \nProvide regular QA status updates and contribute to quality reporting. \nSupport governance processes by ensuring adherence to content and quality standards. \nQualifications\nClearance Requirement\nCandidate must possess a Tier 2 Moderate Risk Public Trust (from any federal agency) or an active Secret clearance or higher.\nEducation:\nBA/BS in Information Systems, Digital Media, QA/Testing, Computer Science, or a related field.\nExperience (Required)\nMinimum 3 years of experience performing QA testing, digital quality checks, or web/app validation. \nExperience testing content-driven websites, UI elements, or tools. \nProven ability to execute structured QA processes and document findings. \nTechnical Knowledge (Required)\nKnowledge of QA methodologies, defect reporting, and regression testing. \nFamiliarity with digital content QA, link validation tools, and UI verification methods. \nUnderstanding of accessibility principles and digital compliance requirements. \nTechnical Knowledge (Preferred)\n508/WCAG certification. \nExperience supporting federal or DoD digital platforms. \nSkills\nStrong attention to detail and consistency. \nExcellent documentation and tracking abilities. \nAbility to identify issues, articulate findings, and recommend solutions. \nEffective communication and collaboration skills. \nStrong organizational skills and ability to manage daily QA routines. \nOur Equal Employment Opportunity Policy\nEEO and Affirmative Action Policy: DecisionPoint Corporation is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
