These roles build modern, accessible, responsive, and user-centered interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.\nThe E-EFMP Front-End Developers collaborate closely with UX designers, backend engineers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure that designs are accurately implemented, meet accessibility standards, and provide a seamless user experience.\nThese positions are fully remote. \nDuties & Responsibilities\nThe E-EFMP Front-End Developer will:\nBuild responsive, accessible pages, templates, and UI components using modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. \nImplement interactive elements, animations, and client-side logic to support user workflows. \nTranslate UX wireframes, prototypes, and design system elements into production-ready code. \nEnsure Section 508/WCAG accessibility compliance across all UI elements and user experiences. \nSupport component library development and ensure consistent design patterns. \nCollaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and dynamic content. \nTroubleshoot cross-browser, cross-device, and responsive UI issues. \nOptimize front-end performance, page load times, and rendering behavior. \nParticipate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, refinement, and reviews. \nDocument UI components, coding standards, and front-end implementation guidance. \nQualifications\nClearance Requirement\nMust hold an active Secret clearance, supported by a Tier 3 background investigation.\nEducation (Required)\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Software Engineering, or a related field.\nExperience (Required)\nMinimum5 years of experience in front-end development. \nExperience building enterprise user interfaces, templates, and components. \nExperience implementing front-end logic, interactive behaviors, and responsive layouts. \nExperience supporting Agile development teams. \nTechnical Knowledge (Required)\nStrong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design techniques. \nExperience with UI accessibility and compliance with WCAG / Section 508. \nFamiliarity with consuming APIs and rendering dynamic content. \nAbility to translate UX designs into functioning UI implementations. \nTechnical Knowledge (Preferred)\nExperience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue). \nFamiliarity with CMS templating systems or headless CMS architectures. \nExperience with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and DevSecOps environments. \nCertifications (Preferred)\nITIL v4 Foundation \nFront-end development or UX/UI certifications \nSkills\nStrong UI development and styling capabilities. \nExcellent communication and teamwork skills. \nHigh attention to detail and commitment to quality. \nAbility to troubleshoot complex front-end issues and optimize performance. \nAbility to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. \nOur Equal Employment Opportunity Policy\nEEO and Affirmative Action Policy: DecisionPoint Corporation is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
