As the Product Management Lead, you will play a key role in transforming customer needs into innovative software capabilities that improve the experience and lives of military families and enable mission success.\nThis position is fully remote. \nDuties & Responsibilities\nDefine and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for enterprise applications supporting military family readiness programs.\nCollaborate with government stakeholders, users, business analysts, UX designers, and engineering teams to translate mission needs into product requirements.\nPrioritize features, manage product backlogs, and ensure development efforts align with user needs and program objectives.\nLead product planning, release management, and stakeholder engagement activities across the software development lifecycle.\nBalance customer experience, mission outcomes, technical feasibility, cybersecurity requirements, and program priorities when making product decisions.\nUse data, user feedback, and operational insights to continuously improve products and maximize value delivery.\nThe ideal candidate has experience leading software products in complex federal, DoD, healthcare, human services, or enterprise environments and possesses a strong understanding of Agile product management principles. Success in this role requires outstanding communication skills, strategic thinking, customer advocacy, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams toward a shared vision.\nQualifications\nClearance Requirement\nMust hold an active Secret clearance, supported by a Tier 3 background investigation.\nEducation (Required)\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.\nExperience (Required)\nMinimum 10 years of experience in software product management, product ownership, or technology leadership. \nExperience developing product roadmaps, feature strategies, and user-focused requirements. \nExperience leading Agile product teams within enterprise or federal environments. \nExperience supporting digital transformation initiatives or mission-oriented software products. \nTechnical Knowledge (Required)\nStrong understanding of Agile delivery, backlog management, and sprint planning. \nFamiliarity with end-to-end software development lifecycles. \nExperience working with low-code application development platforms; experience with OutSystems is highly desired but not required.\nWorking knowledge of ITIL practices supporting product operations. \nUnderstanding of secure software design principles and cybersecurity considerations for federal systems. \nTechnical Knowledge (Preferred)\nExperience using product and Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar. \nFamiliarity with AWS GovCloud, cloud-native architectures, or enterprise service integrations. \nExperience applying human-centered design principles. \nCertifications\nRequired:\nITIL v4 Foundation \nCertified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) \nPreferred:\nPMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) \nProject Management Professional (PMP) \nAdditional product management certifications \nSkills\nStrong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. \nAbility to translate mission needs into technical requirements. \nExcellent prioritization and analytical abilities. \nStrong leadership skills for guiding cross-functional teams. \nHigh attention to detail and commitment to user-centered design. \nOur Equal Employment Opportunity Policy\nEEO and Affirmative Action Policy: DecisionPoint Corporation is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
